Polly L. Tobin has served Fidelity National Title Insurance Company National Title Services, Great Lakes Region, as Senior Commercial Closing Officer, since 2004. She is responsible for survey and title issue review, and providing commercial closing services. Ms. Tobin is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, receiving her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy, and holds a B.A in History from Michigan State University. Prior to joining Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, she was in private practice for 11 years specializing in commercial real estate transactions, title and survey matters.
